The SKAMP App collects information that you enter during the registration process (parent's name, child's name and phone number). It also collects the device id.
SKAMP monitors all text communication and sends SMS content to a central server. This content will be read and labeled for harmful behavior. If harmful behavior is detected, portions of the text content may be forwarded to the user's parent or guardian for review and/or action.
The information collected from the SKAMP will be labeled and used to train a machine learning algorithm for the automatic detection of harmful behavior.
